In the case of all printed material, we require full payment up front. You will receive a formal quote alerting you to the price. You will also receive a image proof sheet, that you will be required to sign. You will know exactly what you are getting before it even arrive to your hands.
In the case of web sites, we require a 50% deposit for all design/development/hosting up front, before any work can be completed. You will be responsible,per the proposal and contract we outline, to pay the remainder as soon as the job has been completed.
